Overall, the packaging is impressive. It would be VERY difficult for any component to be damaged in the mail due to the multiple different support structures packaged within by the headset advisor team.

The setup for most headsets is pretty simple, and this is no exception. The device comes with the following additional items:

-Circular earpiece to interchange with the default rectangle foam earpiece
